I work with leaders and teams navigating complexity, change, and the challenge of leading through the unfolding metacrisis—the interconnected environmental, social, and technological disruptions reshaping our world.

My approach is grounded in systems-psychodynamics—a framework that surfaces the emotional and unconscious dynamics shaping organisational life. This includes work with executive teams, coaching leaders through transition, and helping organisations think about human-led approaches to AI integration.

I help leaders move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed to leading with clarity and conviction.

I'm an Organisational Consultant and Executive Coach at Tavistock Consulting, where I also teach on the Masters in Consulting and Leading in Organisations programme. I hold an MA with Distinction from the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, and I'm accredited as an EMCC Global Senior Practitioner and as a BACP counsellor and supervisor.
