My approach is grounded in systems psychodynamics, attending to the emotional and unconscious dynamics that shape organisational life. I am an Organisational Consultant and Executive Coach at Tavistock Consulting, part of the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, where I also teach on the Masters in Consulting and Leading in Organisations programme. My work spans executive teams navigating strategic transformation, leadership transitions, team development, reflective practice, conflict mediation, and the development of human led approaches to AI integration in high impact systems.

I hold an MA with Distinction from the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust. I am an EMCC Global Senior Practitioner and a BACP accredited counsellor and supervisor, and a member of ISPSO, the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations.
